Uninstalling SP2 via Recovery Console

How do I unstall W2K SP2 via the recovery console?  When I go to
C:\WINNT\$NTServicepackuninstall$\spuninst and try and run spuninst.exe, it
tells me that I cant run that command.  What should I do?
