Exchange 5.5 and GroupShield

Anyone know how to block BOTH specific file extensions and file names in GroupShield?  Looks like it's an "either or" configuration so for example, I can't block all .vbs and wtc.exe without blocking all .exe files.   Thanks http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ntsysadmin_list_charter.htm
