Title: RE: Ascend Pipeline ISDN router

Joe, just a follow up to Joshs post. Here is the location of the manual on the Ascend FTP site:

pub/Software-Releases/Doc/Pipeline/Manual/pipe60.zip

Its in HTML format.

Go to the Ascend FTP site (ftp.ascend.com) and download their configuration client.  I believe that it only works on Win9x.  Plug the pipeline into your network and the configuration client will be able to automatically detect it and change the IP address.

Or, you could use a console cable for the configuration.

A client needs an Ascend Pipeline router configured. Does anyone
know if these routers have a default address so I can telnet into it. Or
must I connect to them via RS-232 to initially set them up.
