Uninstalling OWA manually can be done Stop the IIS Service To remove, go to the IIS manager and delete the Exchange virtual directory Rename c:\Exchsrvr\Webdata to something else instead of deleting it. Delete c:\exchsrvr\webtemp directory Create a bak directory in the c:\winnt\system32 and move exchfilt.dll to c:\winnt\system32\bak Rename the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWEB To reinstall OWA, make sure IIS is started, and you have to be PDC, BDC or a member server where Exchange resides.
