NT 4.0 Terminal Server + Outlook

Hi Everyone,

I have question regarding printing from outlook on a NT 4.0 Terminal Server.
People can't print when they go to File>Print.  The error message "can't
save print setting" keeps popping up.  However, if they just go to the
printer icon they can print.  Anyone have a clue.  I have checked on KB and
other but can't find a clue.
