I don't know about Terminal server, but had the same problem on an NT
Workstation running Outlook. If the user had a roaming profile and had
previously logged on to a PC with NT installed into a directory other than
the default this error occured.
If you check the registry there is string pointing to a file outlprnt, check
the path to it is correct.
