regedit /? gives you much of what you need to know.
Export the key you want to modify, then edit, and re-import.
Also, reg and regfind from the reskit can modify reg keys from a cmd line.
One thing I have seen in only a few places:
placing a - (minus sign) before a key name in a reg file will cause its
deletion when you
also search www.ntfaq.com for "regedit"
I found the above tip by searching for "regedit delete .reg"
