may need to set a registry key that allows updates from non configured partners
then you should get replication.
Have a
look at http://www.jsiinc.com/ and do a
search for wins, the reghack should be in there somewhere. It's where I got it
before.
I have Two different Domains using
WINNT4 lets call them X and Y. Have a WINS server on Both Domains but
since they are on different subnets I need to have them replicate for various
reasons but they will not replicate push or pull. ONe domain shuts out the
other with a message not having permissions. They are set up as push and pull
partners too in WINS manager. WHy can't they replicate. If it matters they are
set up as Trusted and Trusting Domains.
