on the NT box, enter a
ROUTE ADD -P aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd mask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx aaa.bbb.ccc.fff
where aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is the subnet you don't want them to reach,
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the subnet mask for that subnet, and aaa.bbb.ccc.fff is
some other node (valid or otherwise) on the box's same subnet that doesnt'
have IP Forwarding turned on, nor a route to aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd.
