If you want a black box affair, rather than software on NT or Win2K, then
take a look at http://www.xstop.com  Not a bad thing, and it can do
different levels of filtering for different users (but be careful in it's
implementation - great with a RADIUS server, not otherwise).

I need to dompile a report on "Web Filtering" softwares.  I am asware of
SurfControl.  Can anyone recomend other packages?
