Himm, if you all you want is that these people can manage installations etc.
I would suggest you add their Domain username to local administrators group!
Assume the domain name is xyz domain.
Username is usrtest
Then just go to the Local Users and computers and in the Administrators
group add xyz\usrtest
Is this OK ?
