On Dell Poweredge 6400s and on a 1400 I've used Intel's ALB. Get the latest
drivers from Intel first and run the setup.exe program from the setup
folder--you only need to install the Intel Proset II software (unless you
want other components). It will add a green "NIC" icon to the taskbar that
you can use to configure your teams.
