I loaded the latest ones from Intel. Any caveats? Currently this will only
be for outbound connections as I'm pretty sure 3COM SuperStack II 3000's
don't support port aggregation. We are moving to Cisco so if anyone has a
recommendation for a Cisco switch that does this I would appreciate it.

Yes but you need the latest updated drivers not the ones that ship with
Win2k.
