Not the easiest thing to find on the Adobe site....

This includes a link to their licensing page
http://www.adobe.com/licensing/ where
you need to sign up so they know who is distributing their code. Once you
sign up they will send you a link to a page where you can download Flash
and/or Shockwave players.
