OK, the READER execuable unpacked and showed an MSI - I did that for Acro8.1.1
The Flash plug-in I unpacked showed no MSIs It took a lot of hoop-jumping, but I was able to "subscribe" to the Adobe bulletins and get the MSI updaters for both Flash and Shockwave. Thank for your interest! I left y'all hanging because after downloading the MSIs I'd run away for the rest of the day. -------------------------------------- Richard McClary, Systems Administrator ASPCA Knowledge Management 1717 S Philo Rd, Ste 36, Urbana, IL 61802 217-337-9761 http://www.aspca.org Ken Schaefer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote on 12/31/2007 11:00:23 PM: > You tried that, and...? > > You couldn't find the MSI?
