Thanks. I am in contact with the web hosting company for this particular website, and they tell me they are looking into this.
I did explain to them the whole bogon list thing, and how our new address range was previously listed as "reserved". Yeah it has everything to do with it. Tell the sites you are having problems with to update their bogon filters! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogon_filtering <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogon_filtering> They think your ISP's address space is unallocated (or bogon space). They are behind the times - new IP address space is allocated all the time, and these lists have to be updated. Some network admins point to automated lists, but many others have static ACL entries in their router configs - causes problems all the time. You may have to notify IANA.org too, but they are usually pretty good about keeping up with ARIN.
