I don't know what any of this has to do with Google, but you do have a point in there.
However, I do find it annoying that a few sites I have recently visited kept prompting me to install something new that I don't want - regardless of who makes it. I hope its clear in this thread that any of my expressed aggravation really has nothing to do with this software being manufactured by Microsoft.
