Ok since my DNS is gone my only chose is to seize the FSMO roles from my good DC and format my the bad one.
Quick question. I have read a few articles about the procedure to do this. After I seize the roles to clean out the old DC is ntdsutil /metadata cleanup on the good DC all I need to do?
