It's been 5 years since Windows Server 2003 came out. At one exam every 3-4 
months, you can easily keep your certs up-to-date in a number of areas 
(Microsoft or non-Microsoft). If I'm "on the bench", I'd be looking at one cert 
per week (for those things I know reasonably well). I suppose it helps that the 
company pays for the exams.
