When assigned the task will go to the foreman's Inbox where he can accept or reject it. If accepted it will go to the foreman's Task list. All do-able from his WM5 or 6 phone.

I know remote fileshare (either sharepoint or UNC fileshare) capabilities exist with Exch 2007 owa clients through HTTPS but I have never tried through WM, I will give it a try and get back to you. -Troy From: Klint Price - ArizonaITPro [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, January 15, 2008 8:36 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: ActiveSync and/or Groove I have never had a need to deploy ActiveSync but now have a potential client who wants the following: * Ability to push tasks in Outlook out to his foreman's cell phones * Share an xls document between his foreman's cell phone and his PC which can be edited and saved by the foreman and re-sync'ed. Does ActiveSync allow shared tasks to sync? Would he just have to log into the foreman's mailbox on his PC and add the task utilizing the Exchange security sharing? Can Groove be used to sync xls documents to a cell phone? Thanks, Klint ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
