I'm not SBS savvy, but I would think so since it contains everything else...
As for how to's, pretty simple. You will see that when creating sites or document libraries that in addtion to the URL via your browser that there is also a URL for a mobile device. Once Sharepoint is published to the internet, I'd create a favorite/shortcut to the spreadsheet on the PDA...
