Search the VMware community forums. There are few common books that come up often there. One of the forum gurus wrote one.

Now we are about to go much deeper with multiple hosts, SAN for storage, vmotion etc. and I'm looking for book suggestions. Anyone have a book they have read or are using as a reference they like? One that looks good to me is "VMware ESX Server in the Enterprise: Planning and Securing Virtualization Servers" by Edward L. Haletky Any comments on it?
