One OEM toner company I like is Rhinotek. I wish they'd sell their "cleaning paper" separately, but they don't... :( Rhinotek tends to make reman cartridges that contain more toner than the OEM ones, so you get more life from them for about what you pay for a new OEM toner cartridge. Also, Rhinotek makes pretty high quality cartridges, so you won't have to worry about them leaking, but as I say, they're pretty pricey.
