It's saved us sooo much time. Very similar features to SCCM. Actually we had SCCM but I replaced it with KBox. It's an "appliance", so upgrades and backups are super easy, too. Not trying to bash SCCM. That's a good product too, but I don't have staff to dedicate to it, like it really needs. We manage about 1,000 PCs/servers with it. It can manage Mac and iPods if you want, and does Dell updates.
