New HP, in contrast, sometimes doesn't honor warranties within the terms of the warranty. For example, it's a major battle to get them to honor the warranty on a defective print cartridge, if the printer is out of warranty. In contrast, their ProCurve division will overnight you a new switch for a firmware problem, "just in case". -- Ben ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe ntsysadmin
