  Oh.  Then no.

  Uninstalling software from Windows is like unscrewing a virgin.  You
can't go back to the way it was.  That's why wipe-and-reload is such a
common solution.

  Specifically for this case, there's no way to know what the
coinstaller routines for the print driver might have done.  You can
remove the driver from the Spooler service's registry, and delete
files from %SystemRoot%\system32\spool\, but the coinstaller might
have written to some place else in the registry, or to "Program
Files", or done %DEITY% knows what to one of the many magical files
that Windows uses to run.

  You might be able to find a vendor-specific driver removal tool if
you go to the vendor's support site, but such tools are only as good
as the programmers who write them.  (Who, if they were any good,
wouldn't put us in this situation in the first place.)
