FFS, bad path in gpo to fleserver, wasn't immediately obvious as it is a valid
path, just not the right one for the context of the installer.

Sorry guys:(

I that case you either need to remove the registry entries or you can run the
Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup utility. Unfortunately, that is not
offered by MS anymore but you can still find it out there for download.

I've seen it fail still in that scenario.

If you install it from the web site it will work. If you try a manual install
from the AIP that it will fail.

I shuold have more details tonight, however it does install manually. In this
scenario would a manual install fail as well?

I see this one all the time (InstallAX.exe is not marked for installation)

There is a problem with some of the version 10 msi files leaving entries in the
registry during the uninstall. If you get the error "InstallAX.exe is not
marked for installation" or the plugin version that is what your problem is.
You can delete these entries in HKey Classes Root\Installer\Products. Once
those are removed you should not have any issues.

It fails to deploy, just logs that its rolling back.
Until I get onsite and crank up logging I won't know why, just thought if there
was something known about 11 you guys ran into...

What is the problem you are running into? I have had some problems deploying
Flash but I have resolved them.

Anyone seeing issues with this?
Won't get a chance till weekend to troubleshoot with logging, but all versions
other than this work fine in a 08r2 domain with windows 7 clients.

Thanks!
