FFS, bad path in gpo to fleserver, wasn't immediately obvious as it is a valid path, just not the right one for the context of the installer.

If you get the error "InstallAX.exe is not marked for installation" or the plugin version that is what your problem is. You can delete these entries in HKey Classes Root\Installer\Products.
