I agree with Hunter - most of the time when we see a message body disappear it's due to antivirus software integrated with Outlook.

Any user logs onto CITRIX and in CITRIX uses Outlook 2003 to look at their email, that email's BODY is deleted. The BODY is now also gone from the LOCAL machine.
