If you're talking about 2 branch locations linked via VPN, T1, frame
relay, etc, then yes. Has been done and should be considered, regardless
of what type of business has the branch locations.

If you're talking about a bank with only a single location (and c'mon,
how many banks out there are like that?), then I would also say "WTF?"
