I'm expecting a call from a Cisco partner so I'll find out what they have and I replied to Ben Z regarding his shoretel guy off list. I'm also meeting with our current phone vendor who sold us our InterTel system we have now which of course is now Mitel, so I'll see what they have. My most important requirements are redundancy and ease of bringing system back up in event of a disaster. We are a health clinic so it's important we are operational as soon as possible after a disaster or some kind of corruption of the phone systems database, major problem, etc.
