Failing to walk through that (i believe) does not create the folder and set securities on it. *That KB article is only 1/2 right:* *Step 5 - Set Security* That CANNOT be done running the cmd prompt as domain admin. The USER must be granted LOCAL ADMIN Then the cmd prompt can be run as ADMIN
If it is not done that way, the cmd prompt is running as domain admin and the profile is for that domain admin. Alternately, you could replace the %userprofile% place holder with the exact path c:\users\someusername\ etc. Thanks to everyone for responding!
