They're all coexisting fairly peacefully on a single server right
now. With Exchange and the DC and main file server, too, for cripes
sake. So far, the server has not yet imploded into a black hole.
While I certainly want to get them off other critical services,
dedicating a VM to each does not seem to justify the cost.

The databases are: Two things using Firebird, another thing using
some weird one called U/SQL. And I rather suspect these apps are
basically just using the database server as glorified table storage,
with all the logic in the client.

There's always a point of diminishing returns. I'm trying to
determine what it is.

The T710 comes with a four port NIC built-in. Since we're currently
using a single NIC, I have been assuming that's sufficient. One for
management, the other three for guest traffic as appropriate.
