portscanner == nmap, but do you really need that on all of your machines? Probably more useful would be wireshark.
Instead, I'd include a utils/tools directory, with the psexec stuff, and probably the gnuwin32 and/or unxutils and/or cygwin stuff installed in it, and perhaps a few miscellaneous tools like windirstat.
