Oh, I agree. I'm not a fan of disabling IPv6. Even though few people are using it in the day to day business world, Microsoft recommends against disabling it. As for page file size and whether to keep it on your OS drive or a different drive altogether, I think that depends on your environment and application load on the machine. I don't like the idea of disabling the firewall either.
Curious what tweaks your specifically concerned about though.
