You speak of "current" hardware in the CA office. Are you sure it's only 32bit hardware? Just how old is it? Unless it's well over 5 years old, it's most likely 64bit capable.
If it is true that it's only 32bit, then I'd strongly consider shipping them a real current piece of hardware with Win2k8R2 already on it and a member of the domain, to be promoted while there.
