Make your own. Find your local school/college, and offer an internship. Make 
them work a couple of hours a day for free* (or for a wage, if you wish) and 
possibly make yourself an employee that doesn't suck. Oddly, this ends up 
keeping true with the above adage; You will know them very well.

(* Note that there are some insurance, taxes and/or other fees that may apply 
to an internship.)
