+1 We had one technology-shy remote sales geek who came close to a full-on stroke when we delivered his new laptop without it. It's the only way he kept a record of his email contacts.
We remedied the situation (probably temporarily) by finding it, transferring the contents to his Contacts folder, and doing some training.
