One time we spun off part of a client into it's own entity. Everyone wanted their old NK2 files. Then, they got pissed because they kept trying to email everyone at original company and getting bounces messages. Good times.

Pictures? Nope.

Super important company information? Nope.

Their .nk2 files from Outlook? Yep. That's what they want the most.
