I had a admin assistant hand IT her idevice, and support went to upgrade her to ios 5, and bamn lost her contacts, and the backup that the itunes on the support staff PC, created a backup, but did not backup her personal contacts WHY WHY
I would wish that a none itunes soultion would allow for Backups of Idevices (ios), like you can with blackberries... And she is to blame, for not using a cloud solution to backup her personal contacts... But apple also to blame in not creating a full backup before a major OS update..
