Hrm, there is a download for HP NC-Series Broadcom Driver for Windows Server 2003 (cp008251) and HP NC-Series Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2003 (cp008280), but only cp008280 is for the 373i which is what I have, that's odd they have two separate downloads?
Anyway, appreciate the info! jlc From: Barsodi.John [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, January 28, 2008 10:41 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: HP Servers and MS Scalable Network Pack And the posted drivers are later than 7.91, so download that and the firmware separate and apply before 7.91. I am at 7.90 and 7.91 is out. I will update tonight. Thanks. jlc From: Barsodi.John [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, January 28, 2008 10:31 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: HP Servers and MS Scalable Network Pack Sorry I don't recall your previous troubleshooting, but have you updated to the latest driver + firmware? I thought I recall HP saying the latest Broadcom driver and firmware resolved this issue. With my DL380G5's, I have used this: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/18/446400.aspx for my email and archive servers with success. - John From: Joseph L. Casale [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, January 28, 2008 9:24 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: HP Servers and MS Scalable Network Pack I am still having a slew of issues on an HP DL380 G5 and PSS hasn't even mentioned or looked at the settings for SNP but my problem is identifiable by http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938486. I don't have any options enabled on my teamed Broadcom nics in the HP app, but the reg entries are all enabled. What are your practices for disabling the SNP features on these machines, HP app only or reg entries as well? I made the reg changes and rebooted so I guess I will see if its cured... jlc ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
