Is this perhaps related to IIS? Can you use System Restore to go back and
then figure out what changed between then and the start of the problems?

It is automatic and set to service.

When I tried a domain account it blew up saying it was different from other
processes.

I am taking a guess that it may be security on some folders?

Do you know where could I find what they should be?
