  We probabbly buy 30 PCs a year. We're a small company (~130
employees). But time I spend researching, certifying, integrating,
testing, and building PCs is time I'm not spending on solving the
company's IT problems. Building PC is very a poor way to spend our IT
resources.

Also, if I need a device driver for something six years later, I'll
still be able to go Dell's website, type in the Service Tag, and find
out exactly what's in the box and what drivers are available.

Usually 5-year NBD. Plus accidental damage on laptops.

It's nice. If something breaks, I send an email, a guy is here the
next day and replaces it. End of story.
