We've been a Dell house for over 10 years. They support their enterprise class products for free even if it's out of warranty. They've spent hours on the phone with me diagnosing old iron and my only costs were parts if needed. Big plus is that all their tech reps speak English as a first language and phone wait time is next to non-existant.
