I ran 2000 instead of XP for YEARS, as there was nearly zero things in XP that 2000 could do, with a smaller memory footprint.
I finally dropped 2000 when new hardware I was purchasing no longer supported it. Recently, 2000 support has begun to decline in my software too. Server-wise, 2000 and 2003 seems simular to me. Perhaps I just didn't use all of the added functionality of 2003. --Matt Ross Ephrata School District ----- Original Message ----- From: Jonathan Link [mailto:[email protected]] To: NT System Admin Issues [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Mon, 05 Mar 2012 12:36:16 -0800 Subject: Re: Win 8 CP - Initial thoughts? > 2000 Not good?
