Just to add to this, here is a neat little trick I use to move the 'share' names paths and permissions. Even if you change the paths on the new serve it is pretty easy to edit that in regedit after you do the import.

Windows will prompt you if you want the user to have full permissions to the folder. Answer "no" and the permissions will remain as you left them. Our users have Modify permissions on their specific home directories, nothing more.
