Someone's already done that, and filled it with all sorts of relevant and 
interesting content related to AppSense. Shame, I kinda liked the idea

FileMon and RegMon are now consolidated into Process Monitor. Another tool that 
may help is LUA BugLight. Or if you have plenty of cash to throw at problems 
like this, AppSense Application Manager provides tools that can elevate your 
user's rights to admin for certain processes, and then de-elevate them 
afterwards.
