CM has always been good at application deployment. CM2012 really enhances it quite a bit, in that it makes it tons easier. Plus, you have the new app catalog where users can request their own software. You simply make it available to the catalog once, and it's available to anyone (pending approvals, of course).

You can get it on Technet and MSDN. This includes Operations Manager, Configuration Manager, Service Manager, Data Protection Manager, Orchestrator, App Controller, and Virtual Machine Manager.
