One issue with Windows SBS 2003 (or possibly any Windows Server 2003 Print Server) and Windows 7 is that there are some issues with printing. Windows 7 clients will have their print jobs disappear or randomly lockup. The only way users can then print from their workstation to another printer is a restart of their local print spooler service (ensuring that the job was deleted from the queue before the service restart). The fix is here, or switch to Windows Server 2008 for printer services. I searched a long time for a fix, eventually gave up and moved to Windows Server 2008 for the print spooler and am in the process of decommissioning the SBS server and moving to Exchange 2010.
