It's a web filter for a school. It blocks/allows website access based on a list
of known sites, logs all requests, and allows me to make reports based on
user/computer/sites/etc.

Besides this, I'm happy to compare capabilities of different solutions myself.

There are a lot of different vendors offering such solutions. I've used the
open-source "Dan's Guardian" in the past, but a more proven and easy to use
solution with support was required.
