I get them from time to time. I read a message online that describe the problem as being related to rules. Your last item in a rule should always be not to process anymore rules. Personally I think as long as the rules are ordered properly it shouldn't matter. My rules are made in such a way as there shouldn't be any overlap with other rules. It does seem to be less frequent though as I don't see them often.
